This is a unique opportunity to aquire a piece of music history & possibly the only remaining copy of this record in the world
I have for sale a totally unique 45 RPM Aluminium Based Mono Acetate Demo,
and probably the only remaining demo
cut acetate of this Tinkerbells Fairydust recording in the world.
This disk is a single sided 45 rpm recording of the Jeff Lynn song "Follow Me Follow" recorded by British psych-pop band Tinkerbell's Fairydust well before Jeff did his 'Idol Race' version.
The recording was made in London by the band on a single sided acitate demo during 1966 - 67

(Pun intended) the ultra rare 'Tink' Album is listed as: Number 18 in the official Record Collectors Charts: Tinkerbells Fairydust Tinkerbells Fairydust (1969 Decca LK/SKL 5028) There are only four known copies of the finished LP with labels.

Note: I am not an expert in grading disks, but here goes...
At nearly 50 years old the disk has scuffs and blemishes and need to be cleaned (I won't try to clean it as I am not an expert) but it is playable with some surface noise... and the actual digital audio that was used on the recent Cherry Red Records release was taken from this very record and digitally cleaned up.
It is currently here with me in NSW Australia, but I will ship to any destination in the world $25
