Description
"Callin' the Blues" by Tiny Grimes was released by Prestige Records (PRLP 7144, mono, deep groove, RVG in the dead wax) in 1958. J. C. Higginbotham, Eddie "Lockjaw" Davis, Ray Bryant, Wendell Marshall and Osie Johnson also play on the session.
The vinyl grades VG+ or better, with a few scuffs and hairline scratches. It plays with a minimal amount of background noise, usually not audible (full disclosure - I played it in spots, not all the way through). The cover is VG with a seam split starting at the bottom right corner, rubbing, a small amount of writing at the back top right corner, wear at the corners. The side B label has a scratch near the middle - see our 3rd photo.
