Tism - Form and Meaning Reach Ultimate Communion 12" EP

Exceptionally rare Australian pressing from legendary Melbourne band TISM during the 1980s. This is from the 2nd run of pressings in 1988 which totalled 2000. (The first run of 2000 pressings in 1986 had a blue colour scheme instead of a red one) 

There is one scratch on the record - see photo 

There are a couple of very hard to see hair like scratches on the other side of the record. 

The record jacket is in very good condition with minimal creasing and excellent colour. 

Also included is the A4 pullout that came with the record. It documents the activities of TISM throughout the 1980s
