let me start by saying i have never sold a record before.  i learned a little about the grading and this is my best guess. i would say this is near mint.

I bought this the week it came out in 1989, played it once to record it and put it away.  i can only remember playing it once after that because not too much longer after that i bought the CD.  i think this is the nicest record in my small collection.  this was the last record i ever bought, i do remember that.
