This has been in my collection since being purchased new upon release.
The hype sticker was carefully cut out of the shrink-wrap and is included. The vinyls were played once to FLAC and the book has never even been pulled out of the pocket. The price of this set has risen to where I don't need it just sitting there. I have other things to buy....like drums!
There are ZERO returns unless you can prove that what you received was markedly different than what was advertised and even then, you pay return tracked/insured shipping. I have been buying/selling/grading vinyl for over 30 years and have had ZERO issues on ebay.
