This 2nd Tom Petty And The Heartbreakers promo LP in gorgeous red marbled translucent vinyl on Shelter Records is unplayed and has been stored in heavy vinyl sleeve since I acquired it in 1978. I am the original owner. "FOR PROMOTION ONLY Ownership Reserved By CBS..." gold stamp back jacket. This entire package is in really pristine condition. Vinyl NM, jacket NM, heavy inner sleeve NM (no seam splits). Stored in a new poly sleeve.
