Description
Up for bid is a rare LP, "Over Seas," by The Tommy Flanagan Trio. See pictures for song list. This was released by Prestige Records (Prestige 7134). LP is VG+ with light scuffs and several tiny light scratches on either side. This LP looks and sounds great - plays with some surface noise (some intermittent crackle, tics, and a couple of pops) but no skips. Surface noise may be greatly reduced with a professional clean. There is a tiny abrasion on each interior label (see pictures). Interior labels are very clean. LP is very clean and retains a nice gloss. Address on the interior labels read 446 W. 50th ST., N.Y.C. RVG is stamped in the matrix on either side. There is a deep groove on either side of the interior labels. Jacket is VG+, with a couple of seam splits. One is in the center of the top seam, about 1/4 inch long. The other starts at the top of the spine and travels downward about 1 1/2 inches. There is wear on all corners. There is ring wear on the front and back of the jacket. There are several small areas along the mouth of the jacket where the gloss has begun to peel away. The back of the jacket shows some discoloration. There is writing in light pencil in the back top left corner. An original copy of this is very scarce in any condition! Don't miss this rare gem!
