This Volcano release uses a sleeve that still contains the Zoo logo and old cat# 72445-11027-1. Also the label still has the Zoo logo but contains the updated cat# and Volcano Entertainment ℗ & ©.

PA "Explicit Lyrics" sticker (a bigger one) appears on the bottom left of the front cover and is placed on shrink (not on cover).
Sealed in old style with vertical shrink overlap visible on back.
Inner sleeves are printed and contains the updated cat# on front bottom center of sleeve (printed in white on black rectangle). Name of the band and record title appears on spine.

Side B is double cut.

Track B1 and B2 recorded New Year's Eve 91/92 Jellö Loft, Hollywood, CA.
