Description

This vinyl LP features the debut album of Tracy Chapman, the renowned singer-songwriter known for her heartfelt and socially conscious lyrics.

The album sleeve / cover has some overall wear, which is pretty standard for a first press from the 80s.  Crease on the sides and one small at the top back.    Corner dings located throughout.  I captured in the pictures, please review carefully.   Nothing overly concerning.  The sleeve is completely intact.

The record itself is clean.  A superficial hairline scratch on side b but does not affect the play of the music.  A small mark on the same side, does cause some ticks / pops, but absolutely no skips.  Only one song has the ticks on side b.

Side A plays absolutely clean outside of one small pop.  No skips on this side either.

There is some light crackling during quiet parts but not to the point where it would ruin the music experience.  It fades quickly once the music plays.

Outside the small issues I mentioned, the music plays beautifully.  Ultimately this is a fantastic play copy.

The record has been cleaned and new inner sleeves have been added.

Hope you enjoy!
