Description
Traffic’s 1968 self titled second album UK Island Records ILPS 9081TA A/ 2 B/5 pink eye label first pressing in Near Mint-.
Very hard to find this record in any condition.....This ones a beauty!
Most importantly is the magical music that is on this record, songs like Pearly Queen, Feelin' Alright, Forty Thousand Headman and my personal favorite No Time To Live are just some of great songs on this record….There's no filler tracks here, this whole album is fantastic.
I think back to those days as I am typing this, when this album came out. The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Cream,The Doors,Stones,Dylan The Beatles and so many more artists were being played on FM radio. Great music was so abundant, they really were magical days.
Days that will never be repeated, those of you who lived through them know what I am talking about….It's not easy selling off my records, there's been a flood of memories as I go through them.
The condition of the record is Near Mint- condition.
Don't let the asking price throw you off, I will accept a reasonable offer for this album.
This albums mirror like sheen is brilliant (see scans).
This gatefold cover is in Excellent+ or better condition
The insert pages are intact and tight….In fact the whole inside of the gatefold is in immaculate condition.
As with all records there may be a stray tick, click, pop or surface noise during the run ins and run outs and a touch of crackle or low level static here and there which is totally normal with vinyl. If there was anything out of the ordinary like too much of any the above I would not list the record, as I am first and foremost a record collector just like you...This paragraph is just to explain what you might encounter when buying vinyl records and is no reflection on this particular record.
I've been collecting records for over 55 years now and this album is from my personal collection.
If you have a record that you are looking for feel free to email me and I'll let you know if I have it or not.
Please note: Don't let the buy it now price turn you off, that's why the best offer is there for.
When you have the chance to, take a look at the other items that I currently have listed for sale.
Thanks for looking!
