Description

This is the original deep-groove pressing of Tubby Hayes “Little Giant of Jazz” on Imperial 9046 – the first U.S. release of Tubby’s Tempo sessions from 1955 and ’56. Other than a few superficial inaudible scuffs on Side 1, the playing surface is in beautiful condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once. The coated frame cover is also in excellent condition – shiny, clean and without any ring wear– with just normal age toning on the back. The all-British personnel include Dickie Hawdon, Harry South, Pete Blannin, and Bill Eyden. WE NOW ACCEPT PAYPAL. However, you can continue to pay directly to us using VISA, MasterCard or Discover credit cards, if you prefer.
