Description

This is a near mint copy of Turtle Creek Chorale’s 2 LP set “Testament” as issued by the audiophile label Reference Recordings (catalogue number RR-49).The Turtle Creek Chorale is accompanied by the Dallas Wind Symphony. The record is very clean no scuffs or scratches.  The record plays with minimal surface noise and has excellent sound. It has been cleaned it with a VPI record cleaner and demagnetized with a Furutech DeMag.  The gatefold cover is in excellent condition with no bends or seam splits.  Selections on the LP include: Ron Nelson: Behold Man; Howard Hanson: Song of Democracy; Randall Thompson: Allelujah; Randall Thompson: The Pasture (from Frostiana); Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening (Frostiana); Aaron Copland: The Promise of Living (The Tender Land) and Simple Gifts; Leonard Bernstein: Make Our Garden Grow (from Candide); and Randall Thompson: The Testament of Freedom (repeated entirely on both sides 3 and 4). Multiple LPs can be combined in a shipment to save shipping costs.
