Description
This is a two track 10" on Studio One's Music Lab imprint. There was a fashion for actual releases on 10" vinyl making them look like the sound system dub plates, quite cool actually. Pressed in USA on quite thick vinyl. The Tyrone Evans side plays well with just the usual Studio One surface noise and is very lo-fi, but lovely and rootsy. The Leroy Sibblie ( Sibbles ) side does have pops and crackles and sounds like a scratch at the start although I can't actually see a scratch, having checked other copies of the same press on You Tube they also sound scratchy and poppy, so maybe it's on the master. Bought as new and only played a few times and stored safely, this is your chance to own a rare piece of the C. S. Dodd catalogue.
