Very hard to find promo record, especially shipping from within the US.
Disc VG condition, the flash in the photos makes the lines more visible than with normal light.
Sleeve is VG/VG-
Both sides play with moderate background noise, the music is still louder and enjoyable. No skips or jumps.

"There were two vinyl pressings of the promotional single in Peru. One was with a rather plain looking label and the other was with the more colourful Island label. Both are rare." source u2wanderer dot org.
