Island (Canada) XILP 9646
This 33.3 RPM LP album was released by Island Records Canada in 1980. It is the first Canadian pressing for this release. The cover uses a stretched image of the band instead of the original "boy" cover. A promotional sticker was applied to the back of the jacket. The custom inner sleeve was printed without the "boy" image and was left blank. All later Canadian issues have the "boy" image restored to the custom inner sleeve. The matrix numbers for this disc are; Side A "A" and Side B "B". The mastering was done at The Lacquer Channel in Toronto with the pressing and printing done by Quality Records Canada for Island/WEA. The disc was issued in a custom inner sleeve within a standard jacket. The jacket having a promotional punch hole is in near mint condition and only the slightest of ring wear. The custom inner sleeve is in excellent plus condition having the same promo punch hole as the jacket, a small notch on the opening and a small split on one seam only. The "blue" labels with "Manufactured and distributed by WEA Music of Canada Ltd. A Warner Communications Company" are in near mint to mint condition. The warp free vinyl is in near mint to mint condition.
