Whilst we ensure that items are packed adequately to minimize possibility of damage caused during transit, damage may inevitably occur during delivery which is outside of our control. If any damage has been caused during delivery of the item, please mark “damaged” when signing AND NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY AS WE OPERATE A 7 DAY RETURN POLICY ON FAULTY ITEMS ONLY. Royal Mail and Courier companies will require evidence of any damage, so please take photographs of the damaged packaging both prior to opening the packaging, and the item itself within the packaging and send them to us in order for us to enter a claim. We are unable to claim for any damage without photographs and may also require the actual item to be returned.

We cannot claim for any damage caused to fragile items such as glass, china, computer equipment, etc. No transit cover or guarantees whatsoever will apply to these items. THESE ITEMS ARE SENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Courier Shipments to N. Ireland, Scottish Isles, Channel Islands and any similar destination carry additional charges. Please contact PRIOR to bidding for quote.

We cannot be held responsible for delays after the item has been shipped. You will be provided a tracking number sent via e mail to track the item after shipping has been confirmed.

YOU CAN COLLECT YOUR ITEMS IN PERSON MON-FRI 9.30-5 AND NO POSTAGE WILL BE CHARGED.
