WAR

on UK ISLAND RECORDS LP cat# PILPS 9733from 1983

Now, this is one item I want YOU to know more about when bidding;
This would make a nice display item, it's not the best for playing.
There are 'counterfeits' of this edition, and this has complicated things for this collectible - even some 'experts' have mis-identified aspects of the official issue versus the replica - so I'm not going to try stating exactness about which is which - and I'm NOT interested in hearing various accounts from anyone so with all due respect PLEASE DON'T MESSAGE ME WITH DETAILS - IT'S DOWN TO YOU THE BIDDER TO KNOW THIS.
I am just going to relate the facts;

THIS ONE HAS STAMPED MATRIXES ILPS 9733 and TOWN HOUSE in the run-out groove. The picture disc 'B' side has all the info, tracklist, and catalogue/date/credits/publishing etc. SEE PICS.
The condition is below;

The vinyl is VG+/G+, flat disc, plays with crackle and visibly has many scuff marks on the grooves of the 'face' side.
There is no cover, it's housed in a white protective sleeve.
