There is a BIG delay in processing orders at postal service.
USA added extra security measures to all incoming mail mid-november and stopped to receive items from Mexico. On december they started to receive items BUT everything was chaotic here, as tons and tons of mail were on hold, as mail couldn't left for 10-15 days. items with weight over 450 grm needed to add extra paper work ... few days later december holidays and to finish bad weather in USA & europe did make the grand finale.
Please be little more patient than usual. I think item should be arriving in 3-5 weeks (probably much less). Sorry this is happening, this is totally out of my hands. items are arriving with a delay BUT CAN CONFIRM THEY ARE ARRIVING. So PLEASE if you are VERY ANXIOUS and you think you will be very worried about your item and will be emailing me every 3 days PLEASE DO NOT BID ON MY ITEMS at the moment until things get their usual way, OR pay FAST COURIER SERVICE. I WILL BE VERY HAPPY to provide fast service shipping charges on request. I'm always very happy to reply to all emails, but for me it's also frustrating to be useless at all as it's something between postal institutions.
At the moment I'm no longer shipping to ARGENTINA unless you are a previous costumer or have a VERY GOOD FEEDBACK AND agree that there can be a BIG DELAY and AGREE that there is no way to trace your item as Argentinian postal service is as bad as Mexican one. I'm tired refunding Argentinian sellers every time they fill a claim in paypal and MYSTERIOUSLY items never arrive there or at least I never got my money or item back from there, which is definitely no good and unfortunately VERY often. Faster shippings methods (MORE EXPENSIVE) available for Argentina.
CHILE postal service is experiencing BIG DELAYS.
UK items are VERY DELAYED due to bad weather, in some cases ROYAL MAIL adds their own tracking number different to the one provided by me so they are no traceable.
Italy expect big delays.
