Description
"Mechanix" is the tenth studio album by the British hard rock band, UFO. It was released February 1982 on the Chrysalis Records label. The contemporary music press adverts on the album's release carried the tag-line 'Mechanix: it will tighten your nuts'. Immediately after the completion of the tour supporting the album, founding member and bassist, Pete Way left the band to join former Motorhead guitarist, "Fast" Eddie Clarke in Fastway. This is the ORIGINAL 1982 US Vinyl Pressing on the Chrysalis Records label. It is SEALED and in MINT CONDITION. Has ORIGINAL HYPE STICKER on the cover. The shrink wrap is separating along the spine, but I still consider it SEALED. The catalog # on the spine is: CHR 1360. The bar code matrix # is: 0 7558-51360-1. Record has been stored in a heavy duty anvil case since 2006. LOOKS BRAND NEW. Record will be shipped following business day as soon as payment is received.
