Welcome to 'Its the vinyl countdown' music auctions. Here you will find some of the most incredible rare records and music memorabilia for your collection. We play through most of the records, unless the item is clearly mint, or sealed..in which case we don't play them, thus maintaining their 'unplayed' status!  Obviously with some of these rare items there will be the odd 'anomoly' along the way , the odd little static pop or lead in 'sizzle' for a split second.. nothing is perfect we find! all systems differ, but we aim to describe these as accurately as possible for you.... PLEASE ENJOY THIS ITEM YOU ARE NOW LOOKING AT..

All in IMMACULATE play condition..

THE VINYL   MINT- STRONG    

As you can see, this vinyl is the  ORIGINAL 1980 pressing- Stored from new this LP has seen  JUST A COUPLE OF PLAYS ONLY, and remains in SUPERB  condition everywhere.

This pressing is a superb vinyl which has retained its amazing glossy sheen and finish. There is no dulling anywhere and overall it is in incredible condition for an LP of this age.

JUST TWO TINY spider lines around the centre hole, and no wear to the spindle hole whatsoever.

There are  a few light fine whisp lines, and thats it-  nothing else!  Just a few little dust specs are on the vinyl when we slid it for checking..

IT REMAINS IN SUPERB CONDITION

On playing it through we heard barely a hint of static anywhere, and no clicks or jumps..it really is a monster listen!

OVERALL THIS IS SIMPLY A MUST FOR ANY FINAL UPGRADE COLLECTION. YOU WILL NOT SEE BETTER.

Correct  first UK issued earliest LOW GLOSS FINISH sleeve WITH RED LETTERING  -

There were 6 sleeves printed for this release each changing the colour of the album title and titles on the back (RED,WHITE, YELLOW, BLUE, GREEN,ORANGE)

 This is in SUPER condition, and this sleeve in particular was a terror for damage and rubbing, most copies we see are always badly worn.

No powdery white ringwear - the lightest of ring press, and all edges are super crisp.

No damage to the front or back panels

The open edge is razor sharp with just a couple of tiny spots of feather

some light spots of rub on the edges

The spine edge is totally unmarked with no wear, some light spots of rub. A couple of spider lines over the edges
