This is a sealed copy of a polka album produced by the people who work at the Foreign Technology Division at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Saurkrauts in Koncert Volume II. It was recorded in the mid to late 1970s.  
This F.T.D. is the very same place reported to have received the aliens from the Roswell crash and to do experiments on captured alien crew.  Perhaps some of these aliens survived, really liked polka, and decided to join the band?  Probably not, but if you think Bob Moy could be human and play the Alto Horn horn like that...
