Fantastic and essential live album from one of if not the longest surviving and menacing punk band's of all time.
The Subs just didn't care they were among the earliest in the first wave of British punk.
Formed in 1976, the mainstay of the band has been vocalist Charlie Harper, he was originally a singer in Britain's R&B scene, got inspired when he discovered punk rock and the rest as they say is history.
Charlie has achieved his ambition to release an album for every letter of the alphabet and despite getting to complete this massive goal he has simply kept on going, Charlie your a punk rock legend my friend, I owe you a pint.!
This live Subs album from 1980 is one of the greatest punk rock live albums of all time in my opinion and stands up as a cornerstone in the Subs evolution plus it features some classic and essential punk tracks you simply MUST OWN.!
Sleeve with it's two original hype stickers still attached is in exceptionally good condition for its age as is the thinner export only inner sleeve, this has been very well looked after, the album is pressed on lush purple vinyl which is excellent and looks barely played, the 12" in it's original export only sleeve is also looking very good, and again looks barely played, there can't be that many better copies of this album out there now check out the photos.......this is a real GEM of a find, pardon the pun.
Item acquired within a large private punk collection I bought recently, lots more to list in the coming months so keep checking my listings.
