OVARY LODGE - Same ( Ogun OG 600 , UK 1975)
Here we have the rare 2nd album from this UK avant prog collective - leading from Keith Tippett (on piano, Harmonium, recorder, voice and maracas). A live recording from August 1975 - all the music is improvised and acoustic only. He´s backed from Julie Tippetts (aka Julie Driscoll) on voice, sopranino recorder and two stringed Chinese violin. Also on board Harry Miller - an excellent and well respected bass player in the avant Canterbury scene, and Frank Perry on percussions, voice, Chines bamboo flute and Chinese mouth organ. A really recommeded album for the more adventorous listener
