Background for sale

After 20 something years I am selling my prized collection of Undertones records. I started collecting as a spotty 17 year old and basically brought every single Undertones/Feargal Sharkey record I could find. I am now 43 and the time for sentiment has gone and the time is right to let somebody else enjoy my collection.

 

Already on e-bay is my collection of Teenage Kicks, Get Over You and My Perfect Cousin items. Now is the time for my Here Comes The Summer records which includes this very rare mis-press. Imagine the surprise when you put this on the turntable and out of the speakers comes Are Friends Electric by Gary Numan Tubeway Army.

Condition of record

The sleeve of this version is pretty good after 24 years old. A bit of general wear and tear and there was obviously a price label on it. Front of sleeve I would give 7 out of 10. Back of sleeve is near perfect and I'd say a 9 out of 10. The shop where I purchased this from had stuck a little white label on the main label with the words MISPRESS TUBEWAY ARMY ARE FRIENDS ELECTRIC. Does not spoil the overall item as a great price for your collection but obviously would devalue it if you were trying to make a serious buck out of this. I'm not so in it goes at the silly starting price of 99p. Despite the little label this is still a VERY VERY rare piece of vinyl. The records iteself is in great condition with just the average sort of wear and tear that comes with age. Side A only played once as I was not a Gary Numan Tubeway Army fan.
