The unlaminated card sleeve has some shelf wear noticeable really only on the spine. There is a previous owners name on the back of the sleeve but this is not too obtrusive, it is just visible between Richard Thompson & Martin Lamble in the sleeve photo. Also on the back there is a little ring-wear and slight creasing, not too bad. This sleeve is notoriously difficult to find in an even reasonable condition but this copy is much better than that.
The second state pink Island label (only used for 3 months at the end of 1969) has the same owner's name written on the A side otherwise, both labels are very clean and bright with only the slightest hint of spindle marks. The vinyl is very clean with no scuffs or scratches. Good strong sound overall. Excellent condition.

CONDITION Sleeve Excellent Label Excellent Record Excellent

All records are graded using Record Collector Magazine
(UK equivalent of Goldmine) standards.
For full details of these standards please see below.

MINT The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT The record shows some signs of having been played but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD The record has obviously been played many times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover and extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Grading can be fine tuned by adding + or - (or Near Mint)
