Description

Gatefold 33 rpm 12" Stereo LP "Unicorn" by duo TYRANNOSAURUS REX released 1969 on Blue Thumb Records, BTS 7. Marc Bolans' first TY REX album featuring mystical, accoustic, psychedelic songs of fantasy. Original release, genuine, pristine. Near Mint vinyl and thick cardboard cover, fantastic presentation, includes Mint quality poster (sea photo), never mounted or widely used. This will not disappoint the astute collector. Personal import, from my own collection, stored in protective sleeve and has still a shiny cover back front and inside (lyrics printed of all 16 tracks). Bolan's own songs include "Chariots of Silk", "Catblack (the wizards hat)", "Evenings of Damask" and "Iscariot". Extremely eclectic and avantgarde selection, more like Bowie of '69 than T.Rex of  '72. Mega rare item in this condition.
