-Blank, unlabeled, one-sided acetate disc. Cool 60s folk rock sound with horns. Song possibly titled "Walk On Down" ? Comes in original Audiodisc acetate paper sleeve and includes an invoice from Stereo-Sonic Recording Corp. in Chicago (see photos). The client on the invoice appears to be "Caution Music" c/o "Art Green."
