I HAVE JUST BOUGHT ONE OF THE BEST COLLECTION OF PROMOS / DEMOS / ACETATES FROM A RETIRED RECORD COMPANY EXECUTIVE THAT WORKED IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY FROM THE LATE 1950'S TO THE MID 1970'S, THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST AMAZING COLLECTION OF SINGLES I HAVE EVER SEEN AND I WILL BE LISTING IT OVER THE NEXT FEW MONTHS, THERE ARE MANY NEVER SEEN, OR RARELY SEEN PROG / PSYCH / FREAKBEAT / MOD / BEAT / DANCER / NORTHERN SOUL / ROCK 'N' ROLL / POPCORN / FOLK DEMOS / PROMOS AND ACETATES !!! AND ALL IN AMAZING CONDITION.

This is a RARE AND UNIQUE ORIGINAL UK PRESSING ONE SIDED EMIDISC CLASSIC ROCK / JOHN MARTYN TYPE ACETATE from AROUND 1969-1971 guessing from the sound, ORIGINAL UK EMIDISC ACETATE !!!
WOW what a great find, an UNKNOWN and UNRELEASED UK ONE SIDE EMIDISC ACETATE from around 1969-1971. The track sound very similar to what JOHN MARTYN was doing around the same time, but could also just be a more acoustic DEMO SONG for a track from a rock band, if you can shed any light on the track please let me know. I have guessed the years from the sound of the track and also the fact that the ACETATE is in MONO which could not have been much further then 1971... It is also credited to CARLIN MUSIC with their contact number, who probably pressed this acetate as a demo, CARLIN MUSIC was a publishing company and had a lot of famous artists and bands on their catalogue so who know, this could be an UNRELEASED GEM by someone famous !!!

This copy came from a retired RECORD COMPANY EXECUTIVE (as mentioned above) although he did not remember anything about this ACETATE !!!
The tracks are: PLEASE BE THERE / side 2 is blank.
The ACETATE is on EMIDISC ACETATE and was probably pressed by the publishers: CARLIN MUSIC.
The condition of the ACETATE is VG/VG+ (probably better, plays GREAT with the usual crackle acetates of that age tend to have) !!!
