LP-Title: Ray Brown & Laurindo Almeida - Moonlight Serenade

Unplayed original German first pressing from 1981 on JETON 100 3315. Audiophile record featuring just a doublebass and an acoustic guitar, recorded Direct To Disc at Tonstudio Bauer by Carlos Albrecht(cutting by Henry Riedel). Gatefoldcover with photos and infos inside. Nice set of jazz, classical and latin music for the “late night moonlight” mood, in supreme soundquality and with breathtaking sonics.

It is nearly impossible to find a used copy of this LP in real mint condition, because there’s so much silence and there are many quiet parts due to the duo line-up. Here is the chance to get a mint & unplayed copy of one of the most legendary audiophile Direct-To-Disc recordings of all time. The cover is still in its original loose PVC shrink.

I got hold of a JETON archive stock of a former JETON employee. Pl. look for one more unplayed/mint original JETON record in my auctions.

Condition: unplayed LP in MINT ! There's a sharp crease parallel to the top-seam on the front & in parts also on the back, nothing really serious, please check the 2 detail-photos, cover-grading because of this imperfection: ex. I will ship the record separated from the FOC, stored in a new white plain extra-cover. Please note: the shiny, brandnew cover may cause some light reflections on the photo !

Grading & Cleaning:

• the record has been cleaned on my professional HANNL record cleaning machine

• after that I playgraded it (completely or at least in parts) on my Rega Planar 9, Moving Coil cartridge by EINSTEIN:TU-3 Super Fine Line ( please consider that the playback might differ a bit depending on your own equipment )

• I also visually graded the record under a strong light

• only an unplayed record is mint, the highest grading for a used record is mint- ! My basic gradings are: mint – ex – vg.

• cleaned records are stored in a new deluxe innersleeve and they are placed in a new PVC protection-sleeve !
