This is a RARE ORIGINAL UNRELEASED DEMO ACETATE DOUBLE SIDED SINGLE, UK PLANET RECORDS / IBC STUDIOS - DOUBLE SIDED ACETATE PRESSING - MOD / NORTHERN SOUL ACETATE by the PLAIN & FANCY / PERPETUAL LANGLEY from 1966, ORIGINAL UK UNRELEASED DEMO ACETATE PRESSING IN GREAT CONDITION !!!
This is a RARE AND GREAT - MOD / NORTHERN SOUL - UNRELEASED DEMO ACETATE single that I SUSPECT IS THE ONLY ONE IN EXISTENCE !!! This is an AMAZING FIND, a completely different and BETTER DEMO version of the PERPETUAL LARGELY single for PLANET RECORDS, even the artist name was different then listed as PLAIN & FANCY, this version is MUCH MUCH FASTER and more NORTHERN SOUL with more horn section AND RAWER VOCALS it was produced by SHEL TALMY’s for his own label PLANET RECORDS, SHEL TALMY produced amongst others THE WHO and THE KINKS !!! This is a DEMO VERSION ACETATE for PERPETUAL LARGELY 2nd and last single and she was a FEMALE MOD SINGER and this is an AMAZING NORTHERN SOUL / MOD DEMO UNRELEASED ACETATE single, the different finished version was included on the: DREAM BABES 3: BACKCOMB ’N‘ BEAT and MAKING TIME: A SHEL TALMY PRODUCTION and THE BEST OF PLANET RECORDS compilations !!! A point of interest, the B side track was offered to ROBERT PLANT (LED ZEPPELIN) who recorded the track but never got to released it !!!

ALL THE ACETATES I AM SELLING CAME FROM THE SAME RECORD COMPANY PERSON AND ARE ALL 100% GUARANTEED ORIGINALS !!!
The tracks are: SURRENDER (different version) / TWO BY TWO (different mix).
The ACETATE was pressed by PLANET RECORDS at the I.B.C. SOUND RECORDING STUDIOS.
The condition of the ACETATE is in VG++/VG+++ condition (Better then most ACETATES of this age, plays great with only mild crackle as ACETATES tend to have) !!!
AFTER A FEW PROBLEMS ALL ITEMS OVER £20.00 WILL HAVE TO BE SENT REGISTERED / INSURED AT AN EXTRA COST OF £1.50 (UK), £5.20 (REST OF THE WORLD) NO EXCEPTIONS !!!
