Description
The Unusual We, self titled, Pulsar LP acetate from 1969.
This is an acetate containing the instrumental backing tracks to the Unusual We LP (Pulsar #10608). It has no vocals. It is interesting in a few respects: There are only nine (9) tracks, as opposed to the final LP which had ten. The tracks are in a different order, and these recordings are very raw and unmixed; You can hear the orchestra conductor counting down before the musicians start playing, as well as other off-mike noises.
An interesting item for fans of late-60s folk-psych, pop-psych, vocal psych (even though there are no vocals) and sunshine pop.
Condition is VG+. it looks fine and plays okay with some noise, at least on my turntable, but this is an acetate which is really not meant to be played under such conditions so some of the noise may be because of that.
It is being sold as an interesting 60s music collectible, not really something to listen to repeatedly.
Postage in the USA is $3.17 (Media rate); Outside the US please wait for an invoice, First Class International rate is usually $23.50 for one LP but may be different depending on you location. For Canadian rates, please ask for a quote.
