Description

Uriah Heep    LOOK AT YOURSELF - FACTORY SEALED - NEVER OPENED!

MERCURY RECORDS SRM 1-614  1971

Sleeve shows some slight ring wear in the mirror area and some light outer ring wear. Record is still in really nice shape!

In the early 90's, I sold mostly Progressive rock LPs on Goldmine and at Record Conventions and then life got busy and I needed to move on. Life goes full circle and I find that my much loved several thousand album Record Collection that I starting to collect close to 30 years I need to put up for sale. I hope that you lovers of Progressive Rock may find something that may have been eluding you (till now). So please check back often over the coming months. I will be auctioning off many rare and hard to find albums and memorabilia. Happy Bidding!

I am based in New York so Please consider carefully before bidding especially if you are part of the International community(not within the USA).  Please make sure you are aware of the customs regulations in your country and if there is any need to register your post. We cannot assume responsibility for losses due to Customs misunderstandings in this way we can both be assured of a smooth, happy transaction. Please email in advance if there is any special considerations BEFORE WE SHIP the item.  Thank You for your understanding.

A WORD ABOUT GRADING OF CONDITION, We grade our records conservatively and give 2 grades for each album, one for the disc the other for the sleeve. If there is something of note on the disc or sleeve we will make additional comment on this as well as sometimes a record can appear VG+ but has a small scratch on one side. Or a sealed album that still shows a little jacket wear.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and secure in the knowledge that our description accurately reflects the actual state of the album you are bidding on..

STILL SEALED – Factory sealed, The plastic shrink-wrap has never been opened.

VG++ - Disc: No scratches, no skips, no surface noise at all. In ever way an almost perfect record(some call NM) Record has been played little and extremely carefully on a quality turntable. Jacket: No cut-outs or ring-wear on the jacket! Everything about this record and/or Jacket is still in excellent condition.

VG+ - Disc: Except for a few small things this record has been well cared for. Some light scuffs or very light scratches that do not affect your enjoyment of the music. Some surface noise may be audible at the start of each side.  No scratches or skips! Jacket: may have one or more of the following: Cut-outs or faint ring wear, a light crease, light wear at the corner, a small seam split. Small imperfections, Still in nice shape.

VG –Disc: a record that does show some usage and wear, some audible noise, light scratches, no gouges  still an enjoyable listening experience. Jacket: has some considerable wear and may have one or more of the following, sometimes with visible record ring-wear, some wear at the corners labels marks from stickers that were pulled off and tore the jacket alittle, seam splits and creases.

VG-  Disc: surface noise is more audible; may have some small pops and clicks from shallow scratches still no major gouges for a rarity that you just can’t either find anywhere else or just can’t afford a better copy it still an enjoyable listening experience. We don’t like to sell anything less than VG – and only sell this grade because of rarity. Jacket: is looking alittle rough.

I will occasionally put up for sale a really rare record where the sleeve is okay but the record is trashed or vice versa.
