Description

Non Compos Mentis (or NCM as they are more commonly referred to was started by Neal Caldwell who also owned VVV Records in Dallas in the late 70s and 80s. They were regulars at the Hot Klub in Dallas and this single is a great representation of their sound. Original as bought at VVV long ago including the plastic slip cover and inside slip cover. Great stuff, rare stuff.
