Description

THE 21ST CENTURY SOUND MOVEMENT LP, on their own private label, (no label name) from 1968. This is a original US private pressing of a mega rare garage psych album. Contains 10 tracks, songs are, Mercy Mercy, Susie Q, Light My Fire, For the Rest of My Life, In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida, Don't Let the Sun Catch You Crying, House of the Risin' Sun, The Weight, Fire, Hey Jude. Great covers of songs by the Beatles, Hendrix, Doors, Iron Butterfly, and more. Very homemade looking cover, paste on front cover, with a blank back cover. The cover is in VG++ condition. The disc looks VG, and has lots of mostly light surface hairline type marks. Plays quite well, with light crackles in spots, and plays a lot better than it looks. No skips or sticks. Absolutely impossible to find, since so few copies were pressed, that this was the only copy I've ever had or seen. So its a keeper unless you can find a better one. A real artifact of the US 60's garage scene. A reasonable reserve. Winner pays for shipping. Please view our other auction items. Thanks.
