Underworld ORIG OZ LP Underneath the radar NM ’88 Sire 256271 Newwave dance
Original OZ LP released in 1988 on Sire Records. Cat: 256271. Comes with printed inner bag which is in Near Mint condition.More akin to the fusion of funk and new wave that is better associated with Prince or even contemporary Gary Numan than the pulsating house and techno Underworld would become renowned for, there’s a surprising amount of good music to enjoy here, providing that’s what you’ve come for. Wild basslines dominate the stronger tracks like “call me number 1” and the title cut.
