United Pentecostal Church- Don't Let Me Forget, Bobby Shoemake LP album.

Bro. Jimmy & Sis. Bobbie Shoemake come from a rich Apostolic Pentecostal heritage as singers and pastors.

Jimmy’s father Rev. Frank Shoemake was a minister for 71 years and a member of the Foreign Missions Board of the United Pentecostal Church International for several decades. He founded the First United Pentecostal Church of San Jose in 1951.

Jimmy Shoemake’s sister Nita Hodges was the widow of Rev. Verbal Bean before remarrying Pastor Arthur Hodges Jr of Chula Vista. Jimmy is also the nephew of the late Bishop James Kilgore who served as Pastor and Bishop of Life Tabernacle in Houston for over 57 years.

In 2017 The Shoemakes returned to Morris, Oklahoma to pastor the Morris United Pentecostal Church from their retirement home in San Jose, California where they pastored for many years at the First Church San Jose.   The Shoemakes pastored in Morris until October 2019.   Bro. Shoemake's  father, Frank along with his grandfather, Rev. C.P. Kilgore also pastored that church in years past.  Morris also was the first pastorate for the Shoemakes in 1960-1961
