Description
Up for auction is the very rare release of Universal Indicator Green 3 x LP, containing a 12" 10" and 7" records all in original Rephlex bag. This release is said to be a Richard D. James project (Aphex Twin) This vinyl is limited to 500 copies. Richard D. James is the mastermind behind Aphex Twin, other aliases are as follows: Aphex Twin, AFX, Blue Calx, Bradley Strider, Caustic Window, The Dice Man, GAK, Polygon Window, Power-Pill, Q-Chastic, Smojphace, Soit-P.P. (the Tuss?) and with other artists under Universal Indicator series (James said to have done the Green and Red Indicator albums) This album was officially released on Rephlex records in 1995 (but supposedly from the UI sessions from earlier years) under the catalogue number SH-101 (in the groove, also shown in the pictures). The sides of 12" are U and K and 10" is A and C and 7" is I and D, all spelling UK ACID. These vinyls are all in excellent condition, and would make a terrific collectors item. The vinyls comes in a plain clear PVC sleeves. The original Rephlex bag is intact, it shows signs of use and there is a rip on the SIDE of the bag, I have taken detailed photos of this, and do not hide any details. I know I mentioned this vinyl set is limited to 500 copies, but also the tracks are exclusive to this release ONLY. These tracks don't appear on CD format anywhere or on any other release elsewhere. Certain tracks from Universal Indicator Green have been played by Richard D. James during different LIVE Aphex Twin gigs/shows.
