Description

 Acetate is VG+ with light scuffing and good gloss. This record is a folk ballad with singing. This acetate was recorded at the Brill Building, a landmark in New York City, which was a hub for songwriting in the 1950s and 1960s. Many of the era's top songwriters worked there. Acetate records are often associated with this era because they were used to refine and test the final versions of songs written and produced in the Brill Building.
