~ Cancon Vinyl Auctions ~ You are bidding on this Ultra Rare Unknown Canadian Private Soul 45 release by Tim Reynolds entitled "Do You Love Me" b/w "Romeo And Juliet" on STAR Records ST 10, original Canadian Pressing from 196?.
Incredibly UNKNOWN Canadian Soul 45 that I cannot trace, google or even track down - no, not listed in any of your record guides including Andre Guibault's Canadian Record Guide.
The bottom perimeter of the label reads "Produced In Canada By Arc Sound Limited", indicating an early 60's private pressing release by Arc Records Of Canada at the ARC SOUND STUDIO in Toronto.
The most obscure 2 sided group vocal Soul 45 I ever found quite by accident here in Canada at the famed and long defunked Record Villa in Toronto.
Outstanding gem from this Canadian vocal group ( not just Tim Reynolds singing here) doing an absolutely crazy wild rendition of the same song by "The Contours"
This 45 fits all over the Soul killer track map featuring some lightning fast paced belching screaming Soul vocal track twists like "Oh Check It Out Baby" "C'mon Shake It To Me Now", "Push, Push And I don't Mean Maybe, You're Driving Me Crazy".
Also features pounding hard keyed piano and drum work with wild loud electric echoed fuzz riff strokes, electrifying keyboard work and smashing organ strokes...with an excellent pure raw soul primitive sound.
The B-side is also a cover song originaly done by "The Reflections. This rendition however features an exciting and fabulous fast paced deep Soul beat that will get you jiving on every groove!.
You need to play this one loud to get the full killer Soul effects!. Totaly outstanding!!!
Both labels are absolutely fabulous and the thick vinyl retains all it's original high gloss luster except for 1 or 2 extremely light almost invisible paper sleeve marks.
