Urbie Green New Faces New Sounds mono Blue Note 5036 Lexington label deep groove flat edge

Lexington label with the Plastylite "P" aka "The Ear" and "9M" but no "RVG in the runouts. Record is flat edge. Cover is "frame" style without printing on spine and no address on back cover.
The record looks and plays VG to VG+. Record plays with moderate surface noise. Loud passages play VG+. No loud, repetitive ticks. Music plays strong and enjoyably without distortion. Both sides have scuffs but no long, deep scratches. Grooves show moderate amount of play but are not gray or damaged.
The cover is VG+.
The front cover has moderate to heavy wear with ring wear. The back cover is the same. No split seams. App 1 inch of slick missing at the top of the spine. Spots of heavy wear on spine and bottom seam and small spots of wear and denting at the corners.
