V Discs were produced by the War Department in WWII for use in the military. Here we have Raymond Scott and his Secret Seven Orchestra. The tunes are "Stiff Lace and Old Charcoal" and "The Hungry Count". It is V Disc No. 73. It is in NM- condition. It is a very nice copy with minor rubbings at the spindle hole.
