VERY RARE ARCHIV PRODUKTION BACH MASS IN B MINOR (MESSE IN H-MOLL), 1961 - BWV 232
This handsome, and very elusive, three disc set comes in the original linen presentation box - together with a really beautiful 20 page (including both sides of the front and back covers) original informational booklet
This set has the added bonus of an interesting curiosity, in the shape of the original 'Archiv-Kartei des Musikhistorischen Studios Der Deutschen Grammophon Ges.' - a sort of producer's notecard (20.5 x 29.5 cms) with musical and discographic information related to this specific set. The card does have some hand-written notes in English; probably added by a previous owner. See the photo of the card for the track listing, and for the names of soloists
The condition of the set is quite astounding. Aside from small splits in one side of the paper slip of two of the records, and some minor marks on some of the labels where the needle has run off, the set really does look as new. The booklet and the sleeves look as if they have never been touched. The box is also in pristine condition inside and out, with no signs of wear. I have not played the records, but have visually inspected them - and they appear to be in excellent condition

I don't look to make a profit from P&P, and have voluntarily refunded on it before when I my calculations have been way over
