ARTIST : V. Spy V.Spy

         TITLE : A.O. MOD.TV VERS.

         LABEL: WEA # 254458-1

GENRE : Indie Rock - Pop

YEAR : 1986

INFO :

A great 1st pressing of their understandably sought after 2nd album.

Spy vs. Spy (a.k.a. The Drug Grannies and The Spies) fronted by bass guitarist/lead vocalist Craig Bloxom. On this fan favourite they serve up a superb blend of melodic jangly guitar lumped with generous punchy bass riffs. A very underrated Oz Indie band who, as it happens, enjoy cult-like status in Brazil.

CONDITION :    VINYL :   Plays through terrific both sides with a bold and crystal clear sound. No pops, skips or noticeable background noise which puts paid to few odd light surface marks resulting in a vibrant sound that is sure to please. Rated on looks a strong VG+ though on playback an EX, maybe EX+ to some.

LABELS :  Clean as per photos above.

INNER SLEEVE :  Perfect with full lyrics.

OUTER SLEEVE : Presents extremely well. On inspection under a bright light it shows the very beginnings of ring-wear front and back which, to varying degrees, seems to be common with this album though thankfully here is minimalistic. Other-wise no marks of any note. No writing, no splits and the spine is intact. The corners and edges display light expected age wear though barely noticeable. No obvious creasing and overall a very strong example that will please. Rated EX+ comfortably.
