WEIRD NOISE E.P.
Brilliant Do-It-Yourself punk sampler from the UK. You are bidding on the rare WEIRD NOISE compilation. The tracks on this E.P. were recorded in 1979 but came out in 1980 on the private mini-punk label F*CK OFF RECORDS (catalogue number FEP 001). The single comes with the original HOME MADE SILK SCREENED picture sleeve and the blank white labels are rubber-stamped. A real Do-It-Yourself job in the true DIY punk spirit. Original first pressing includes the amazing punk band DANNY AND THE DRESSMAKERS. Other featured artists include:- THE 012, THE SELLOUTS, THE DOOR & THE WINDOW, & THE INSTANT AUTOMATONS.
From the glory days when anyone could set up a record label and tout your wares. Self described as "Bad music is Good music because we don't have to worry about what's between Brain/Heart and Ear". Rather than label it sides A & B, they have called them the "Bad" side and the "Awful" side. This is truly an assault on the senses and a piece of true 1980's independent music history.
