                                  VAN DER GRAAF  GENERATOR  " H  TO  HE "  PINK LABEL

                    I bought this Album in 1970 the year it was released.  It was a special order from my
                    local record shop and was never put on display for the public to handle.  It was played
                    on a high quality record deck for that era (Thorens 125 turntable SME arm with Shure
                    V15 cartridge.  The record was always cleaned with a high quality cleaner and stored
                    in a plastic outer sleeve for protection.  I am not a record dealer and never have been,
                    I am just selling of my own private Album collection.

                                                                       THE  COVER

                    The COVER is in EXCELLENT -  condition, it is a GATEFOLD COVER.  The whole
                    COVER is VERY CLEAN.  The FRONT COVER has a LUSTRE finish.  The only minor
                    flaw is a surface crease down the right of centre.  The BACK COVER  also  has a
                    light surface crease from top to bottom.  The  INSIDE of the GATEFOLD is VERY
                    CLEAN with only one extremely light crease, about 2cms long on the edge of the sleeve
                    opening.  The CORNERS are all FIRM and TRUE, they all have a slight scuff marks.
                    The SPINE is SQUARE and SHARP with VERY CLEAR TITLE, with just one small
                    scuff mark 3cms from the top of the SPINE.

                                                                       THE  VINYL

                    The VINYL is in EXCELLENT condition, it has a High GLOSS finish and is VERY CLEAN.
                    There are no hair lines.  The PINK LABEL looks like NEW, without SPINDLE marks.
                    The QUALITY of SOUND is SUPERB throughout.  It is both CLEAR and DETAILED.
                    On Side 2. Track 3.  there are some extremely light pops and crackles in the quiet passage
                    in the middle of the track.  I TEST PLAYED the Album on my REGA PLANAR 3 turntable
                    with ORTOFON CARTRIDGE and I was AMAZED listening to this BAND again, great
                    music, well before it's time.  After not having played this Album for 35 years it still sounded
                    BRILLIANT !
