VAN HALEN - "Looney Tunes" 12" EP (Warner Bros PRO-705, 1978, red vinyl) in VG++/VG++ condition!
Description/Condition:
This is probably the most sought-after, valuable Van Halen record ever - the 12", "promo only" red vinyl EP that Warner Bros sent to radio stations in January '78 to promote their brand new act, Van Halen!
The Side 1 label features Elmer Fudd wearing a Warner Bros hat and says "Looney Tunes, Merrie Melodies". The reverse side label lists the songs. Both the record and the die-cut sleeve have the ORIGINAL Van Halen logo that was ONLY used on this promo record. Very few of these records were made. The cover is in solid VG++ condition with just a few light scuffs and light edge wear, but no writing, seam splits or other problems - a very solid jacket. The VG++ record has a few light handling scuffs - almost NM. Songs are: Runnin' With The Devil, Eruption. Ice Cream Man, You Really Got me, and Jamie's Cryin'.
