Very rare Van Halen LP from 1995

Condition:
Vinyl/Labels : VG
There are quite a few light hairlines/surface marks visible, especially under a harsh light. The record has been played in its entirety and it plays to a strong VG standard, clear, powerful audio, with no real playing faults to mention.
Sleeve/Pic-Lyric Inner: Good/VG
The outer sleeve has excessive creasing and edge wear, but it is fully intact with no tears/splits. There is a sticker on rear stating "PROMOTIONAL COPY ONLY NOT FOR RESALE". The Pic-Lyric inner is also creased, but to a lesser extent, and has a few small stain marks.

Records are packaged safely using strong stiff cardboard and extra bubble wrap to ensure they arrive in the same condition as in my description. I also remove record from outer sleeve and original inner sleeves, to prevent seam splits. I am a record collector myself and understand the importance of safe packaging to ensure safe delivery.
