Van Halen - Van Halen II (Warner Bros. / *Columbia House HS 3312) 1979 U.S.
Jacket is VG++ with a few minor creases off the spine, some light edge wear. Vinyl is M- with a few lite sleeve scuffs - looks and plays great. Labels are also very clean. *This LP was manufactured by Columbia House Record Club under license from Warner Bros. Vinyl is stored in a new poly-lined archival sleeve for better protection.
The rock-solid second LP - arguably their best. They were peaking on all available cylinders on classics like the cover of You're No Good, and Somebody Get Me a Doctor, Bottoms Up!, Women in Love and Beautiful Girls. The classical piece Spanish Fly is 1 minute of pure inspirational acoustic perfection. Wherever you rank Eddie Van Halen amongst guitar players you can't deny his originality - or the band as a whole for that matter. Ted Templeman did his best production work with VH and should also be mentioned. This is a very nice player copy - hear these great songs in warm analog to get the full effect of the power this band put out. Place your bid with total confidence - I only sell quality vinyl!

Some important information:
I am a serious collector and I don't sell anything that I wouldn't play for my own listening enjoyment. At the same time I'm not going to brag about my grading genius, or hustle people about how no one used profanity in or near the pristine environment that my records were stored in, or how they were acquired from a hermit who only played them once to tape them (unless it's true!). The sub-heading at the top of the page says it all - I sell fine vinyl.
All records are packed professionally in proper record mailers. They are placed in poly outer-sleeves outside the album cover to prevent seam-splits, often in an extra inner sleeve, especially in the case of custom original sleeves which need extra protection. They are then placed in between two stiff cardboard inserts with an additional square of bubble wrap outside of the vinyl side. Edges and seams are then neatly sealed with quality tape for maximum protection. Sealed records are packed with similar care. I do not skimp on packaging - no improvised french-fry boxes stuffed with newspaper from this dealer! All orders are shipped via Priority Mail after payment so that you receive your item, or items in a timely manner. If you win multiple items I will provide you with a shipping discount of $1.00 for each additional LP, $1.50 for each additional Double LP. Outside the U.S. combined orders will be discounted fairly on a case-by-case basis.
