Offering an excellent 1989 edition of "Avalon Sunset" by Van Morrison. This fantastic album features amazing tracks like, "Have I Told You Lately" and "Orangefield". A truly special find, this record is not to be missed! 
Vinyl: EX, This record is incredibly flat, glossy, and clean on both sides. No major damage was observed, apart from a few scattered scuffs/surface scratches that were faint and hardly noticeable at first glance. Center labels are vibrant and clear. No foreign markings or stains were present. Any abnormalities have been photographed above in detail. 
Cover: EX, Little to no side/corner wear was present overall. All labels remain incredibly clear and vibrant. No splits or tears were observed on any portion of this cover. Please note a minor dent towards the opening of the cover, photographed in greater detail above. All colors and images are clean and free from any foreign markings or stains. 
Inner Sleeve: NM, No splits, tears, or folds were present on any portion of this inner sleeve. Printed lyrics/symbols are incredibly clean, and no foreign markings were observed. Overall, this inner sleeve is flat, clean, and in fantastic condition!
