Issued in the early 2000s, this soundtrack finds a moment when heavy rock and metal briefly crossed into the cinematic mainstream. Built around original songs written by Jonathan Davis with composer Richard Gibbs, it gave a platform to some of the era's most recognisable voices, each stepping slightly outside their usual bands while keeping their edge intact. Wayne Static's 'Not Meant For Me' and David Draiman's 'Forsaken' lean into theatrical menace, while Chester Bennington's 'System' brings a clipped, internalised tension. Elsewhere, Deftones' 'Change' slows the pulse, offering contrast and depth, and Jay Gordon's 'Slept So Long' carries a weary, gothic weight. Taken together, it plays like a snapshot of turn-of-the-millennium rock at full intensity, loud, stylised and tightly focused.
